Directional CountingOne of the most common uses for WinCounter is as a people counter for retail stores or for entries and exits at shopping centres. The Professional Edition of WinCounter can have multiple sensors attached which can be used to monitor all the entrances or exits from your shopping centre.
Directional CountingBy mounting two sensors in the appropriate configuration, WinCounter can be configured to determine the direction of the people entering or leaving the Mall.
If you have directional sensors then you can have WinCounter display an on-screen total which show the occupancy of the shopping centre at any time. This is based on the difference between incoming and outgoing sensors.
